Soundcheck” is a New Zealand style pale ale with soft and complex tropical fruit aromas and flavours from Nelson Sauvin and rising new Kiwi hop star Superdelic.

Cohort 4.0%

UK experimental variety CF247 (a sister hop to Harlequin) finds an able accomplice in USA big hitter Amarillo to create this exciting new pale ale. Expect citrus orange, tropical fruit and red berry flavours plus some floral notes. Aided and abetted by a balancing biscuity

sweetness from the malts.

Sum'mat Blonde 4.4%

A light, hoppy golden ale delicately balanced with a subtly honey-citrus finish. Dry hopped with Australian hops to give a floral, passionfruit & citrus aroma.

Helmat Schacker 4.4%

Rustic tan coloured beer with malty flavours complemented by a fruity finish.

Brewed with a high percentage of malts to give that Bavarian feel.

Aurora 4.8%

Single hopped pale ale with a tropical fruit flavour

Pilgrim 3.9%

Brewed with hops from the USA

Miss Red 4.2%

Dark fruity beer

Heavenly Blonde 3.8%

Millwright Mild 3.5%

A dark mild with hints of toffee and caramel from Crystal and Chocolate malt.

King John's Jewels 4.5%

First brewed in 2015 for the anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta, this golden ale has been a favourite ever since. Pale and Crystal malts are a good base for Fuggles, Goldings and Pilgrim hops to leave an earthy citrus flavour on the palate.
